Education

Sunday Blended Service

Our traditional worship service, led by Pastor Teboe,  begins at 11:00 am and includes a blend of traditional hymns and Contemporary Christian music lead by an adult choir.

Opportunities for Children

Along with Sunday School classes, children third grade and younger can attend Children's Church during the 11:00 am worship service.  Other learning events such as Vacation Bible School and Youth activities including Bible studies are held throughout the year.

Wednesday Night Bible Study

Wednesday night bible study is held in the Church Fellowship Hall.  This study begins at 7:00 pm. 

Sunday School

Sunday School for all ages begins at 9:45 am.  We also offer adult classes in Spanish.

Service


Pactolus Baptist Church is involved in local, national, and international missions by supporting Southern Baptist traditional offerings.


Local "Hands On" Ministries

-Once a year we host "Operation In As Much" where we assist local families with repairs in their homes and yards, give away clothes, and various other projects.

-We provide support to a local school's teachers and students with school supplies, coats, and hygiene items and other items as requested

-We plan monthly visits to a local nursing home where we hold Bible studies, sing hymns, and give the residents gifts on various occasions.

-Food Pantry - We provide food to needy families in the community.  


Home and International Ministries

-We currently financially support two international missionaries and one home missionary.

-Each November we participate in Samaritan's Purse Operation Christmas Child Shoe Box ministry.

Small Groups

Baptist Men

Baptists on Mission lead our church in mission projects such as Operation In As Much each spring.  Other hands on mission projects are offered through out the year.

Baptist Women

Baptist Women meet once a month and follow the Missions Mosaic Magazine.  Many of our women participate in hands on mission projects through out the year.

Choir

The Adult Choir meets once a week for practice and leads the congregation in worship each Sunday.

Youth Group

Youth in Grades K-12 meet for special events and projects throughout the year.
